摘要
文章以新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情为例,将目前国内疫情防控分为疫情突发时期,疫情流行时期,防疫常态化、动态化、精准化时期3个阶段,并采用回顾性研究方法分析重大突发公共卫生事件下城市地面公共交通的信息化应对策略,得出其防疫措施在信息感知层、信息共享层、信息应用层存在不足,建议:(1)强化精准高效感知能力,推广自动驾驶技术应用;(2)创新数据共享融通机制,破除数据壁垒、连接信息孤岛;(3)优化定制公交线路,以期丰富突发公共卫生事件下应急交通策略体系。
This article takes the COVID-19 infection pneumonia epidemic as an example,and divides the current domestic epidemic prevention and control into three periods:epidemic outbreak period,epidemic Pandemic period,epidemic prevention normalization,dynamics,and precision period,and adopts retrospective research methods to analyze major informatization countermeasures of urban ground public transportation under public health emergencies,it is concluded that its epidemic prevention measures are inadequate at the information perception layer,information sharing layer,and information application layer.Suggestions(1)Strengthen accurate and efficient perception capabilities and promote autonomous driving technology Application;(2)Innovative data sharing and communication mechanism to break down data barriers and connect information islands;(3)Optimizing and customizing bus routes to enrich the emergency traffic strategy system under public health emergencies.
