冯晓玲教授治疗单侧输卵管阻塞性不孕症经验探析

Analysis of Professor FENG Xiaoling’s Experience in Treating Infertility due to Unilateral Fallopian Tube Obstruction

最近几年在育龄期妇女中不孕症的发病率呈现上升的态势。患者期望早日怀孕的诉求急迫,但不孕症的治疗需要先为患者重塑正常的月经周期和改善盆腔的炎症状态后再予下一步治疗方案,其治疗时间漫长。冯晓玲教授总结多年临床经验,针对以输卵管不通为主要病因的不孕患者,给予子宫输卵管通液术联合促排卵治疗,并予中药汤剂补肾活血方配合治疗,经期活血散瘀,非经期滋补肝肾,同时配合汤剂灌肠以改善患者的盆腔环境,提升受孕几率,减少治疗时间,发挥了良好的治疗效果。附验案1则以佐证。

The incidence of infertility among women of childbearing age has increased in recent years.Patients expect urgent pregnancy,but the treatment of infertility needs to reshape the normal menstrual cycle and improve the inflammatory status of the pelvis before the next treatment plan,which takes a long time.This study summarized professor FENG Xiaoling’s clinical experience in treating infertility.She believes the main cause is obstruction of fallopian tube,therefore the therapy of hydrotubation combined with ovulation induction is applied.Bushen Huoxue Formula is also applied to activate blood to remove stasis during menstruation,and notify Liver and Kidney during non-menstruation.At the same time decoction enema is used to improve the patient’s pelvic environment,increase the chance of conception,reduce the treatment duration,which plays a good therapeutic effect.One case is attached for reference.
