课题组婚恋分组对长三角城市群在职青年婚恋状况的调研发现:他们对青年“大龄”问题的看法比较务实,界定男女“大龄”有5岁的年龄差;他们择偶最看重“三观一致”“两情相悦”;他们认为个人成长经历对婚恋观影响最大;“追求事业发展暂时不想谈恋爱”是他们单身的主要原因;网上交友平台和现场相亲活动是他们最希望获得的婚恋资源;情感表达与支持是青年夫妻在婚姻生活中最需要进行的相互调适;他们认可新兴婚恋观。长三角城市群在职青年婚恋状态和特征对青年婚恋研究工作和对共青团工作都带来新的启示:要在时代发展的大背景下开展青年婚恋研究,要以关注青年的关切与需求为基础和前提,出台措施策略。
