People-oriented Design Strategies for Public Space in Modern Cities

随着我国城镇化进程的逐渐加速,中国城市建设水平得到较大提升。城市作为人们日常生活过程中的一个公共空间,是人们开展日常生活和交流过程中的一个重要场所。对于城市公共空间来说,其基本的核心和使用对象是人,因此以人为本的设计理念自然成为城市公共空间设计要遵循的重要理念。在对城市公共空间进行设计的过程中,要充分考虑城市本身的形象,将独特的地域文化与城市公共空间结合在一起,还应增设个性互动设备,满足城市公共空间审美情趣,同时将更多的关注度放在弱势群体身上,提升城市公共空间服务质量。

As China's city construction has been improved a lot due to the acceleration of the country's urbanization,the idea of people-oriented design is naturally widely accepted for urban public space design because a city is basically the space to serve people's daily life and communication.In the design of such space,it is necessary to take into consideration a city's distinctive image,introduction of unique regional cultural elements,individualized interactive devices and facilities for disadvantaged groups of people so as to improve the aesthetic value and service quality of these places.
