摘要
随着高校应用转型的深入,食品工程类专业应进行综合性教学改革,通过明确人才培养目标,进行专业工程化教学条件建设,明确食品工程教育教学内容,提高教师的专业工程教育能力,改进人才培养模式和教学方法,针对学生的特点和社会的需求开展多层次培养,进一步强化学生的专业应用能力和创新能力。
A comprehensive teaching reform is needed for the specialty of food engineering during universities'reorientation to application to clarify the teaching content,enhance teachers'professional competency of education,improving the talent cultivation mode and teaching methods,offer diversified programs according to students'characteristics and social demands and reinforce their professional capacity of application and innovation by means of defining the goals of talent cultivation and organizing the construction of project-driven teaching conditions.
