基于产教融合、校企合作的应用型人才培养模式长效运行机制研究——以地方普通本科院校物流管理专业为例

A Long-term Operating Mechanism for Application-oriented Talent Cultivation Mode Based on Industry-education Integration and School-enterprise Cooperation——with the Specialty of Logistics Management in a Local University as an Example

产教融合、校企合作是实现地方普通本科高校顺利转型的重要途径,两者互为支撑,协同一体。在深度剖析产教融合、校企合作内涵基础上,以地方普通本科高校物流管理专业基于产教融合、校企合作的人才培养模式的长效运行为目标,构建政府、高校、行业、企业四方联动的运行机制,并给出该人才培养模式长效运行的建议。

Industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation are compatible with each other in helping with the reorientation of local universities to application.On the basis of an analysis of the connotations of the two ideas,a long-term operating mechanism featuring the linkage between government,university,industry and enterprises was designed in the paper together with some suggestions for the specialty of logistics management in local universities.
