摘要
在V-Mo/Ti脱硝催化剂制备过程中分别加入海泡石和酸改性海泡石,对比了两种催化剂的脱硝性能和抗Na中毒性能。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2-吸附脱附、H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)和NH3程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)等对催化剂进行分析。结果表明,采用酸改性海泡石所制备的催化剂,能抑制催化剂因Na中毒所引起的表面酸性和还原性能的下降。因此,该催化剂在Na中毒后,脱硝性能的降低幅度相对较小。
Sepiolite and acid-modified sepiolite were used in the preparation of V-Mo/Ti de-NOx catalyst,respectively.The de-NOx activity and Na resistance of the catalysts were investigated.It was found that the catalyst with the addition of acid-modified sepiolite inhibited the decline of the acidity and reducibility of the catalyst after the loading of Na.As a result,this catalyst showed smaller declining extent of the de-NOx activity than that of catalyst prepared with the un-treated sepiolite.
