摘要
以粉煤灰为主要原料,掺入不定量的氧化铝,制备多孔陶瓷,研究了氧化铝掺量对粉煤灰多孔陶瓷性能的影响。利用X射线衍射仪分析了粉煤灰多孔陶瓷的相组成,采用扫描电子显微镜对其微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明,当氧化铝掺量为15%,即硅铝摩尔比为0.94时,制备的粉煤灰多孔陶瓷具有优异的气孔率和碎裂应力,可作为水处理滤料。
Fly ash was used as the main raw material to prepare porous ceramics by adding unquantifiable alumina.The influence of alumina content on the performance of fly ash porous ceramics was studied.The phase composition of fly ash porous ceramics was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and its microscopic morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscope.The results show that,when the content of alumina is 15%,that is,the molar ratio of silicon to aluminum is 0.94,the prepared fly ash porous ceramics have excellent porosity and crushing strength,and can be used as water treatment filter materials.
