摘要
通过对比试验测定分别以淀粉和水玻璃为黏结剂压制球团的抗压强度和气孔率,同时对焙烧后球团的物理性能进行了研究。结果表明,以淀粉为黏结剂,20 MPa压制压力下生球团的抗压强度为3.31 MPa,气孔率为22.0%;以水玻璃为黏结剂,15 MPa压制压力下生球团的抗压强度为3.25 MPa,气孔率为15.0%。
The physical properties of pellets which use starch and water glass as binder were measured respectively.At the same time,the physical properties of the roasted pellets are studied.The results showed that:under the pressure of 20 MPa,the pellets using starch as binder with the characteristic of compressive strength 3.31 MPa,porosity 22.0%were obtained,while under the pressure of 15 MPa,the pellets using water glass as binder with the characteristic of compressive strength 3.25 MPa,porosity 15.0%were obtained.
