磷尾矿基发泡充填体制备试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以磷尾矿、水泥、粉煤灰为主要材料,采用化学发泡制得发泡充填体试块,通过单因素试验法考察不同水灰比、发泡剂用量、稳泡剂用量对试块28 d抗压强度、发泡率、干密度的影响,设计正交试验得出磷尾矿基发泡充填体的最佳配比:水灰比0.45,发泡剂、稳泡剂用量分别为混合干物料总质量的4%、1.0%,发泡充填体试块28 d抗压强度为2.48 MPa,发泡率为110.68%,干密度1 006.46 kg/m3,符合一般充填要求。 The foamed backfill test block was prepared by chemical foaming with phosphate tailings,cement and fly ash as the main materials.The influence of different water-cement ratios,foaming agent dosage and foam stabilizer dosage on the 28 d compressive strength,foaming rate and dry density ware investigated by the single factor test method.The optimum ratio of phosphate tailings foamed backfill was obtained by orthogonal test:the water-cement ratio of 0.45,foaming agent dosage of 4%,foam stabilizer dosage of 1.0%.28 d compressive strength of products is 2.48 MPa,foaming rate is 110.68%,and dry density is 1006.46 kg/m3,which meet the general filling requirements.
