超导磁分离技术用于风化型高岭土除铁研究 被引量:5

摘要 以宜春-45μm高岭土为研究对象,采用超导磁选技术对试样进行除铁试验,研究了背景磁感应强度、矿浆流速、矿浆质量分数和钢毛尺寸对高岭土除铁效果的影响。结果表明,背景磁感应强度增大可提高高岭土的除铁效率,矿浆流速、矿浆质量分数和钢毛尺寸增大降低了高岭土的除铁效果。当背景磁感应强度为5.5 T,矿浆流速为1.5 cm/s,矿浆质量分数为20%,采用2#钢毛(宽0.1 mm、厚0.05 mm),可将高岭土Fe2O3质量分数由1.28%降至0.32%,烧成白度由63.2%提高至92.2%。 -45μm kaolin from Yichun was adopted as research object in this paper,iron removal experiments were carried out by superconducting magnetic separation technology.Effects of background magnetic induction intensity,slurry flow rate,concentration and steel wool diameter on the iron removal of kaolin were investigated.The results show that the increase of background magnetic induction can improve the iron removal efficiency of kaolin,while the increase of slurry flow rate,slurry concentration and steel wool size reduce the iron removal effect of kaolin.Under the condition of the background magnetic induction intensity of 5.5 T,pulp flow rate of 1.5 cm/s,slurry concentration of 20%and 2#steel wool(0.1 mm wide and 0.05 mm thick),the Fe2O3 content of the kaolin can be reduced from 1.32%to 0.32%,and the whiteness can be increased from 63.2%to 92.2%.
