橡胶助剂锌盐浓缩液在预处理前进行降温析盐处理,降低预处理液固含量。本工艺通过控制蒸发节点的含盐量标准,防止无效蒸发,最大程度降低了循环蒸发固含量和COD,提高每个节点蒸发效率,具有较好的推广应用价值。

The concentrated solution of rubber additive zinc salt is cooled and salted out before pretreatment to reduce the solid content of pretreatment solution.By controlling the salt content standard of evaporation node,this process can prevent invalid evaporation,reduce solid content and COD of circulating evaporation to the greatest extent,and improve evaporation efficiency of each node,which has a good promotion and application value.
