摘要
目的:观察高压氧联合小剂量低分子肝素治疗胎儿生长受限的效果及对超声参数的影响。方法:选取某院检查确诊为胎儿生长受限的孕妇98例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组给予2000U肝素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予高压氧联合治疗。比较2组治疗有效率、治疗前后超声血液流变学指标及腹围、胎儿头围、双顶径增长值;观察2组胎龄、新生儿出生体质量、新生儿不良结局发生率及自然分娩率。结果:观察组治疗有效率、腹围、胎儿头围、双顶径增长值均高于对照组,超声血液流变学指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后新生儿出生体质量大于对照组(P<0.05),2组新生儿不良结局发生率、胎龄、自然分娩率比较差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:高压氧联合小剂量低分子肝素治疗胎儿生长受限有效率高,可增加新生儿出生体质量,改善血液流变学指标。
Objective:To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with low-dose low-molecular-weight heparin(LMWH)in treatment of fetal growth restriction and its effect on ultrasound parameters.Methods:98 pregnant women diagnosed with fetal growth restriction were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,49 cases in each.The control group was treated with 2000u heparin,and the observation group was given hyperbaric oxygen combined with the therapy based on the control group.The treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared.Ultrasound hemorheology indexes,abdominal circumference,fetal head circumference,and double parietal diameter growth values before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Gestational age,body weight at birth,incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes,and natural birth rate were also compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the ultrasound hemorheology parameters were lower than the control group;the abdominal circumference,fetal head circumference,and double parietal diameter growth values were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The birth weight of the infant was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in terms of the incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes,gestational age,and natural birth rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen combined with low-dose LMWH in treatment of fetal growth restriction has the advantage of high efficiency,which can enhance the quality of newborns at birth and improve their blood hemorheology.
