新时代高职工商企业管理专业实践教学体系改革与思考

Reform and Reflection on the Practice Teaching System of Higher Vocational Business Administration Programs in the New Era

高职院校教育的主要目标是“以就业为导向,培养实践能力强、具有良好职业道德的高技能人才”。高职院校的教学体系由理论教学体系和实践教学体系两部分构成,而相比较于比较成熟的理论教学体系来说,实践教学体系仍处于相对落后的状况。高职院校中工商企业管理专业也不例外,多侧重于理论教学,实践教学偏少,因此,有必要对工商企业管理专业的实践教学体系进行完善创新,这也是提高该专业的教学质量、输送受企业欢迎的高技能型人才的必要途径。文章针对目前高职院校工商企业管理专业实践教学中存在的一些问题提出了相应的对策或建议。

The main objective of higher vocational education is to cultivate highly skilled personnel with strong practical abilities and good professional ethics,oriented by employment.The teaching system of vocational colleges consists of a theoretical teaching system and a practical teaching system,with the practical teaching system still lagging behind the more mature theoretical one.The program of business administration in vocational colleges is no exception,emphasizing more on theories than on practice.Therefore,it is necessary to improve and innovate the practical teaching system of the business administration program,which is also a necessary way to enhance the teaching quality and provide highly-skilled talents popular among enterprises.In view of some problems in the practical teaching of business administration in vocational colleges,some corresponding countermeasures or suggestions are put forward in this paper.
