Improvement for reduction of naphthalene content in gas after primary cooler

介绍了煤气净化工艺,分析了横管初冷器洗萘过程中遇到的问题,提出了几项改进措施,取得了良好的效果,使净煤气含萘量达到了工业和民用煤气的要求。

This paper introduced the gas purification process in the plant.It analyzed the problems encountered in naphthalene scrubbing in the primary cooler,and proposed several measures,which have achieved a good result so that the net naphthalene content in the COG can meet the requirements for the gas in industrial and domestic use.
