摘要
宝钢一期焦炉烟气净化采用旋转喷雾半干法脱硫工艺(SDA)+袋式除尘系统+选择性催化还原脱硝工艺(SCR),于2016年10月投运;宝钢三期与四期焦炉烟气净化采用活性炭干法脱硫工艺+中低温选择性催化还原脱硝工艺,于2019年11月投运。从运行难度、脱硫脱硝效率、副产品处置、运行成本4个方面对2种工艺的运行情况进行了对比分析。
In coking project phase 1 for Baosteel,a process of Spray Dryer Absorber(SDA)+bag filter system+Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)is adopted for coke oven flue gas DeSO_x and DeNO_x,which was put into operation in October 2016;for phase 3&4,a process of active carbon Soda DeSO_x(SDS)+medium&low temperature SCR,which were put into operation in November 2019.Operation of the two processes are compared in terms of operability,DeSO_x and DeNO_x efficiency,by-products treatment and operating cost.
