通过总结小型跳绳表演赛的多种制胜因素,确定出核心制胜因素,以达到提高运动员比赛成绩的目的.运用专家访谈法、录像分析法、调查问卷法三种研究方法分析小型跳绳表演赛的制胜因素.由动作难度、动作创编、动作准确性、艺术表现四个方面的评分比例可知:小型表演赛中动作准确性方面最易得分;创编动作的难度等级越高,评分自然越高;在同样难度的比赛中,美感的展现是取胜的关键.调查问卷的数据揭示了小型跳绳表演赛的核心制胜因素是“难”、“美”、“准”.通过分析各个核心制胜因素的相互联系,提出了参加小型跳绳表演赛的训练建议.

Through summing up the various winning factors to determine the core winning factors of rope skipping mini-exhibition by comparative analysis,the athletes can improve the performance of rope skipping mini-exhibition.Using the expert interview method,the video analysis method and the questionnaire method,we can analyze small scale exhibition game.From the four aspects of movement difficulty,the artistic performance,the creation movement and the movement accuracy,we can find that in the small scale exhibition game movement,the accuracy is easiest to score;the higher the level of difficulty is,the higher the score is;with the same level of difficulty of the competition,the display of beauty is the key factor.Through the data analysis of the questionnaire,we know that the key winning factors of the mini-exhibition game are difficult,beautiful and accurate.According to the conclusion,the paper analyzes the interrelation of the key winning factors,and provides the direction for the training of the rope skipping mini-exhibition competition.
