模糊质量损益函数模型及其过程均值设计优化

摘要 在分析产品质量模糊性及质量损益函数的基础上,提出了模糊质量损益函数理论,构建了模糊质量损益函数模型,分析了模糊质量损益函数模型的特点.针对模糊质量特性服从正态分布的情形,进行了非对称模糊质量损益函数的最优过程均值设计,研究了模糊有效偏移率、模糊对称比率以及模糊质量损益率之间的变化趋势及规律.以丹江口大坝加高工程中混凝土拌和物含气量质量特征为例,验证了此过程均值优化模型的有效性. Based on the analysis of product quality fuzziness and quality gain-loss function,this paper puts forward the theory of fuzzy quality gain-loss function,constructs the fuzzy quality gain-loss function model,and analyzes the characteristics of the fuzzy quality gain-loss function model.In view of the normal distribution of fuzzy quality characteristics,the optimal process mean design of asymmetric fuzzy quality gain-loss function is carried out,and the change trends and laws of fuzzy effective deviation rate,fuzzy symmetric ratio and fuzzy quality gain-loss rate are studied.Taking the air content quality characteristics of concrete mixture in Danjiangkou dam heightening project as an example,the validity of the process average optimization model is verified.
