新疆盐碱风沙环境绝缘子防护研究

摘要 新疆地区存在广袤的盐碱地区,风季时该类地区电气化铁路频发因外绝缘破坏引发的事故,不仅给正常的供电带来不良影响,严重时还能引起断线事故乃至威胁到行车安全.通过对兰新铁路、兰新二线的盐渍土分布、气候特点的研究,分析总结了造成新疆盐碱风沙地区电气化铁道接触网外绝缘破坏的若干机理,并利用电磁场有限元软件Ansoft仿真试验、现场工程试验等手段对影响绝缘性能的主要因素进行了探讨,提出了一些该类地区绝缘子抗盐碱风沙的防护或改善措施. There are many saline area in Xinjiang of China,where the destroy of insulators’function happen frequently.It not only brings bad influence to the power supply,but also causes the breakdown of OCS and even threatens the train’s running.Based on the analysis on the distribution of saline soil and climatic characteristics of the area where Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway and second Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway sit in,this paper summarizes the mechanism of destroy of OCS insulation of electrified railway in saline wind-blown sand environment of Xinjiang in China,and discusses the main factors which affect the insulation performance by means of software Ansoft,simulation test and field engineering test,and then puts forward some measures to improve the performance of the insulators.
