黄柏山林场林地地利等级划分与评价

摘要 为了对林地地利进行量化评价与等级划分,以河南省国有商城黄柏山林场二类调查和地理空间数据为依据,在构建林地地利等级层次结构模型的基础上,采用层次分析法(AHP)研究了林地地利等级影响因素的权重及不同水平组合的综合权重,利用等差法划分林地地利等级,并对黄柏山林场林地地利等级分布状况进行了综合评价.结果表明,选取的坡度等级、海拔和道路运输距离这3个林地地利等级评价影响因素的权重分别为0.738、0.094、0.168;坡度等级4个水平的权重分别为0.061、0.099、0.240、0.600,海拔4个水平的权重分别为0.059、0.106、0.278、0.557,而道路运输距离4个水平的权重分别为0.066、0.110、0.255、0.569.采用等差法对3个影响因素各4个水平的64个组合方案进行划分后发现,黄柏山林场林地地利等级主要集中在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级,分别占林场有林地总面积的33.22%、31.10%和22.01%,林地经营条件整体较好.研究结果可为制定科学合理的林业经济管理政策和造林作业设计提供借鉴. In order to make a quantitative evaluation and grade division of the geographical of forest land,the state-owned Huangbaishan Forest Farm of Shangcheng in Henan Province is based on the second-level survey and the geospatial data.On the basis of constructing the hierarchical structure model of the forest land geographical grade,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to study the weights of factors affecting forest land geographical and the comprehensive weights of different level combinations.At the same time,the study uses the equal difference method to divide the forest land geographical grade and carries on the comprehensive evaluation to the forest land geographical grade distribution of Huangbaishan Forest Farm.The results show that the weights of the selected factors affecting the evaluation of the three forest land grades are slope grade 0.738,altitude 0.094,and road transportation distance 0.168.The weights of the four slope grades are 0.061,0.099,0.240,0.600 respectively.The weights of the four levels of altitude are 0.059,0.106,0.278,0.557 respectively;The weights of the four levels of road transportation distance are 0.066,0.110,0.255,0.569 respectively.By using the method of equal difference to divide 64 combination plans with 3 influencing factors at 4 levels,it is found that the geographical grades of forest land in Huangbaishan Forest Farm are mainly concentrated in gradesⅠ,ⅡandⅢ,which accounts for 33.22%,31.10%and 22.01%of the total forest land area of forest farms respectively.The overall operating conditions of forest land remain in a good state.The research results can provide reference for formulating scientific and reasonable forestry economic management policies and afforestation operation design.
