摘要
从投入产出角度出发,以2015—2019年中国88家军民融合上市企业为研究对象,运用动态StoNED模型、空间变差函数模型和空间统计等方法,分析空间异质性视角下的军民融合企业技术创新效率.实证分析表明,中国军民融合企业技术创新效率总体上处于较高水平,但空间分布不均,呈现出中部高四周低的异质性特征;省域军民融合企业技术创新效率东-西方位和南-北方位空间分异明显,并随时间推移出现集聚迁移状态.最后,针对军民融合企业技术创新存在的问题,提出空间异质性视角下军民融合企业技术创新效率提升的政策建议.
From the perspective of input and output,this paper takes 88 Chinese listed companies from 2015 to 2019 as the research object,we used dynamic StoNED model,the spatial variogram model and spatial statistics to analyze the technological innovation efficiency of military-civilian integration enterprises from the perspective of spatial heterogeneity.Empirical analysis shows that the technological innovation efficiency of Chinese military-civilian integration enterprises is generally at a relatively high level,but the spatial distribution is uneven.It shows the heterogeneity of high in the middle and low in the surroundings.The technological innovation efficiencies of China’s military-civilian integration enterprises in the east-west position and the south-north position have obvious spatial differentiation,and agglomeration migration occurs over time.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the technological innovation of the military-civilian integration enterprise,the policy recommendations for the improvement of the technological innovation efficiency of the military-civilian integration enterprise from the perspective of spatial heterogeneity are proposed.
