河南省科技金融融资需求现状分析

The Current Situation of Henan Province’s Financing Needs for Sci-tech Finance

为分析河南省科技金融现状,采用抽样调查方法,对该省科技金融融资情况进行了调查.首先,对调查数据进行了数据清洗,然后,分析了该省科技金融融资需求现状.结果表明:①目前河南省科技金融融资机构对于大量小微企业关注度不够;②河南省有融资需求的企业多数集中在制造业,高新技术领域还缺乏有行业影响力的企业;③科技金融平台提出融资需求的企业多数处于导入期和成长期.最后,分析了河南省科技金融发展的不足之处以及产生原因,提出了大力推动科技金融服务平台建设、创新金融服务和产品、提升金融机构和各类中介服务机构的投融资能力,建立科技金融主体的诚信体系建设等应对措施.

In order to analyze the current situation of sci-tech finance in Henan Province,this paper adopts the sampling survey method to investigate the financing situation of science and technology finance in Henan Province.Firstly,the survey data is cleaned up,and then,the current situation of financing demand of science and technology in Henan Province is analyzed.The results show as follows.①At present,the financing institutions of Henan Province sci-tech finance had not payed enough attention to a large number of small and micro enterprises;②The majority of enterprises in Henan Province with financing needs are concentrated in the manufacturing industry,and the high-tech field still lacks enterprises with industry influence;③Most companies that have raised financing needs on the platform are in the lead-in and growth stages.Finally,the author analyzed the deficiencies and reasons for the development of sci-tech finance in Henan Province,and proposed response measures including promoting the construction of sci-tech financial service platforms,innovating financial services and products,strengthening the investment and financing service capabilities of financial intermediaries,and establishing a credit system for sci-tech financial entities.
