云南连片特困区农村中小学建设优质体育资源的路径 被引量:1

摘要 研究认为,云南连片特困区农村中小学的优质体育资源建设应从文化、制度、物质、教师、特色资源5方面着手,应将体育融入学校办学理念,营造积极的体育价值观念氛围,培养和强化教师对学校体育目标和价值观念的认同;应结合管理实践需要和学校实际制定体育规章制度,加强针对体育教师的非正式制度建设;应根据学校实际自主配置符合体育要求的物质资源,建设具有体育文化感染力的体育场所;应建设具有高职业精神素养和农村学校体育研究意识、能力的体育教师队伍;应建设以学校体育理念为核心的特色体育资源。 The r esearch believes that the construction of high-quality sports resources in rural primary and secondary schools in Yunnan's contiguous poverty-stricken areas should start from five aspects:culture,system,material,teachers,and characteristic resources.Physical education should be integrated into the school's school running philosophy,a positive atmosphere of sports values,and cultivation and strengthening Teachers'recognition of school sports goals and values;they should formulate sports rules and regulations in accordance with the needs of management practice and the school's actual conditions,and strengthen the construction of informal institutions for physical education teachers;Culturally appealing sports venues;physical education teachers with high professional mental literacy and rural school sports research awareness and ability should be built;special sports resources should be built with the school sports concept at the core.
