摘要
通过对辽宁省水稻品种和材料抗稻瘟病基因型鉴定,为稻瘟病防控提供了理论基础和依据。研究185份辽宁省水稻生产品种和试验材料中9种抗病基因Pi5、Pi36、Pi37、Pib、Pid2、Pid3、Pik、Pikh和Pita的携带情况。结果表明:185份供试水稻材料中,携带抗病基因Pita的占总数的99.46%,为分布频率最高的抗病基因类型;携带抗病基因Pik的占总数的33.51%,为分布频率最低的抗病基因类型;余者7个基因Pi5、Pi36、Pi37、Pib、Pid2、Pid3和Pikh的分布频率各不相同。对供试水稻材料携带基因与抗病性的相关性分析结果表明:当仅携带基因Pita时,抗病比率为75%;同时携带2种基因Pib和Pid3、Pid3和Pita或Pikh和Pita时,抗病比率均为100.00%;同时携带3种基因Pid3、Pikh和Pita时,抗病比率均为100.00%;同时携带4~9种抗病基因时,抗病比率范围为0.00%~100.00%;供试水稻材料中有23份同时携带Pi36、Pi37、Pib、Pid2、Pid3、Pik、Pikh和Pita,抗病比率均为100%,说明Pi36、Pi37、Pib、Pid2、Pid3、Pik、Pikh和Pita基因之间存在协同效应,提高了水稻材料的抗病性。
In this paper,rice blast resistance genes of the fungus in Liaoning province were studied,providing the theoretical basis for the prevention and controlling rice blast.Nine disease-resistant genes,Pi5,Pi36,Pi37,Pib,Pid2,Pid3,Pik,Pikh and Pita,were identified from 185 rice varieties in Liaoning province.The results showed that the genes with Pita appeared 99.46%,which were the highest proportion.Pik appeared the lowest frequency 33.51%.The other 7 resistance genes existed with different frequency.The correlation analysis between the genes carried by rice materials and disease resistance showed that,the proportion was 75%when materials carried the resistance gene Pita.The proportion was 100%when materials carried the resistance gene Pib and Pid3,Pid3 and Pita,Pikh and Pita.The proportion was 100%when materials carried the resistance gene Pid3,Pikh and Pita.The proportion was from 0 to 100%when materials carried 4-9 kinds of resistance genes.The proportion was 100%when 23 materials carried the resistance gene Pi36,Pi37,Pib,Pid2,Pid3,Pik,Pikh and Pita.It was suggested there could be possible synergistic interactions among Pi36,Pi37,Pib,Pid2,Pid3,Pik,Pikh and Pita,they worked together to increase the resistance of rice materials.
