专业评估背景下应用型高校实践教学体系的优化 被引量:3

On Optimizing Practical Teaching System in Applied Undergraduate Colleges in the Context of Professional Assessment

摘要 专业评估是合格人才培养的质量保障,实践教学体系是应用型本科院校各专业实践教学实施的依据。应用型本科院校实践教学体系的优化既要符合我国行业的发展需求,又要满足我国企业对应用型人才需求,围绕实践能力培养设计教学思路和方案,培养出能够服务于行业的应用型人才。应用型本科院校专业评估体系中关于实践教学观测点和实践教学体系构建中存在的问题,应根据地方行业市场人才需求建立相应的对策。 Professional evaluation is the quality guarantee of training qualified talents,and practical teaching system is the basis for the implementation of practical teaching in each major of application-oriented undergraduate colleges.The optimization of practical teaching system in application-oriented undergraduate colleges should not only meet the development requirement of the industry,but also satisfy with enterprises’demand for application-oriented talents.According to the training of practical ability,teaching ideas and programs are designed for cultivating application-oriented talents who can serve the industry.This paper analyzes the problems in the construction of professional evaluation system in application-oriented undergraduate colleges in terms of practical teaching observation points and practical teaching system,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in line with talent demands for local industry market.
