摘要
如何实现校企深度合作,共建产教命运共同体,是目前摆脱“二元制”实践困境亟待解决的问题。根据利益相关者理论,福建版“二元制”各核心利益相关者的主体诉求,反映了政府、企业、院校、学生之间的利益冲突与困境。“二元制”实现突破的路径可构建为:强化政府顶层设计,构建企业、行业参与“二元制”的制度路径;发挥企业重要主体作用,与院校协同育人;考虑企业的利益诉求,与企业共筑产教融合教育机制。
How to realize in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises and build an industry-education community of common destiny is an urgent problem to be solved for getting rid of the practice dilemma of"binary system".According to the stakeholder theory,the main demands of each core stakeholder in the"dual system"of the Fujian version reflect the conflict and dilemma of interests among the government,enterprises,universities and students.The path to achieve the breakthrough of the"dual system"can be constructed as follows:strengthening the top-level design of government,constructing the institutional path for enterprises and industries to participate in the"dual system",giving full play to the important role of enterprises,educating people by cooperating with colleges,considering the interests of enterprises,and building integration education mechanism concerning production,education enterprises。
