基于提升学生自我效能感的地方高校新闻教育之出新与守正

On Innovation and Justice of Journalism Education in Local Colleges and Universities Based on Improving Students’Self-Efficacy

媒介格局的变化,带来就业环境、学习环境、教育环境的变化,这些变化给地方高校新闻学子的专业学习和职业选择带来一些负面影响。为了提升新闻学子的自我效能感,地方高校的新闻教育须进行“守正出新”。课程设置要兼顾“专”与“博”、“学理性”和“应用性”的统一,实现跨学科、跨课程的“融合式”调整;师资队伍建设上,实行培训常态化与顶岗实践制度化;实训平台建设要充分依托地方资源,探索合作共建机制等。同时,还应守住培养新闻学子媒介素养的初心,使其经受传媒更新和社会变化的考验,获得人生的全面发展。

At present,the change of media pattern has brought about the changes in employment environment,learning environment and education environment,which has some negative effects on the study and career choice of students majoring in journalism in local colleges and universities;therefore,journalism education of local colleges and universities should stick to"innovation and justice"so as to improve the self-efficacy of students majoring in journalism.Meanwhile,curriculum setting should take into account the unity of"specialty"and"erudition",as well as of"learning rationality"and"application",so as to realize the"integration"adjustment of interdisciplinary courses.When it comes to the construction of teaching staff,there is a need to carry out the normalization of training and the institutionalization of on-the-job practice.What’s more,the construction of training platform should fully rely on local resources,explore the mechanism of cooperation and co-construction.On the other hand,it is necessary to keep the original intention of cultivating the media literacy of students majoring in journalism,so as to make them stand the test of media renewal and social change,and achieve the comprehensive development of life.
