土耳其因在语言和文化上的想象的共同体,借助苏联崩溃的历史机遇把自己的势力投入到哈萨克斯坦。双方在文化、政治上合作成果丰硕。伴随新兴哈萨克斯坦政治趋向稳定、经济走向恢复,来自土耳其的泛突厥主义思潮被遏制,成功地遏制了暴恐势力的蔓延。在共同反击恐怖主义的战斗中,哈萨克斯坦与中国建立了政治互信的基础。在上海合作组织框架下,两国经济合作、反恐合作成果显著。丝绸之路经济带倡议,为两国合作注入了新动力。哈萨克斯坦借力国内中国威胁论、泛突厥主义等思潮,周旋于中国、土耳其等国家之间,构建了多元平衡外交的发展方向。

Because of its linguistic and cultural imagination,Turkey takes advantage of the historical opportunity of the collapse of the former Soviet Union to invest its power in Kazakhstan.Both sides have achieved fruitful cooperation in culture and politics.With the political stability and economic recovery of the emerging Kazakhstan,the thought trend of Pan-Turkish from Turkey has been curbed and the spread of violent terrorism has been successfully curbed.In the joint fight against terrorism,Kazakhstan and China have established the basis of political mutual trust,and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization has been established.Under the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,remarkable achievements have been made in economic cooperation and anti-terrorism cooperation between the two countries.The Silk Road Economic Belt Initiative has injected new impetus into the cooperation between the two countries.Kazakhstan moves around China,Turkey and other countries,by taking advantage of the theory of Chinese threat,pan-Turkism and other ideological trends,which creates the development direction of multi-balanced diplomacy.
