Great gerbil has great harm to the vegetation in desert area,and its population reproduction ability is strong.If it is not controlled,the number will increase rapidly,and the coverage area will gradually spread and expand,forming rodent damage.According to the ecological habits and activity rules of gerbils,the causes of rodent damage were analyzed,and the prevention and control techniques and measures of gerbils were discussed based on the experience of rodent control in recent years.
