全球范围内恶劣天气频频出现,农业发展饱受影响,而合理的气象预判对制定预防措施、扭转农业发展劣势具有重要作用。基于气象服务的气象防灾减灾系统建设工作,是科技发展产物,也是农业和社会发展必然要求。主要探究了基于气象服务条件下的气象防灾减灾系统建设的基本情况,首先,分析基于气象服务的气象防灾减灾系统建设的作用;其次,归纳气象防灾减灾体系建设现状;最后,分析建设防灾减灾系统内容。

The frequent occurrence of severe weather around the world has greatly affected the development of agriculture.Reasonable meteorological forecast plays an important role in formulating preventive measures and reversing the disadvantages of agricultural development.The construction of meteorological disaster prevention and reduction system based on meteorological service is the product of scientific and technological development and the inevitable requirement of agricultural and social development.This paper mainly explores the basic situation of meteorological disaster prevention and reduction system construction under meteorological service conditions.Firstly,the function of meteorological disaster prevention and reduction system construction based on meteorological service is analyzed.Secondly,the status quo of meteorological disaster prevention and reduction system construction is summarized.Finally,the content of disaster prevention and reduction system construction is proposed.
