摘要 进行了下肢屈伸运动的实验与建模分析,探讨了正常人在自然状态下下肢屈伸运动膝关节的角度活动范围及变化规律,研究开发了结构简单、体积小、方便移动和操作简便的单自由度卧式膝关节康复训练装置。以身高175 cm、角度活动范围为75°~180°和屈伸运动周期为8 s的使用条件为例进行了运动仿真分析。结果表明,膝关节康复装置的运动仿真曲线与膝关节角度变化的理论曲线吻合度较好,在膝关节最大角度处的误差小于3°,能够满足下肢屈伸运动训练的要求。仿真结果也验证了康复训练装置结构设计的合理性。 Experiment and modeling analysis of lower limb flexion and extension movement are carried out.The range and regular pattern of knee joint angle of lower limb flexion and extension movement in normal people at the natural state are discussed.A single-degree-of-freedom horizontal knee rehabilitation training device is developed with simple structure,small size,convenient movement and easy operation.Taking use of the condition of height 175cm,the angular movement range from 75 degree to 180 degree of knee joint and flexion-extension movement period of 8 seconds as an example,the motion simulation analysis is carried out.The results show that the motion simulation curve of the knee rehabilitation device is in good agreement with the theoretical curve of the angle change of the knee joint,and the error at the maximum angle of the knee joint is less than 3 degree,which can meet the requirements of lower limb flexion and extension training.The simulation results also verify the effectiveness of the structural design of the rehabilitation training device.
