摘要
随着石化企业自动化程度的不断提升,仪表自控系统设备作为石化企业的神经中枢,其灵敏性对故障状态下仪表接地的抗干扰能力要求越来越高。另外,石化企业的爆炸危险环境也不允许仪电接地之间存在危险的干扰电位。因此,“安全共地”作为抗干扰的一种措施正在被业内人士所重视,但如何“安全共地”抗干扰成了摆在石化企业电气技术人员面前的主要问题。因此,笔者拟从IEC 60364-4-44对干扰防护的国际标准入手,通过“降低干扰电位”的理念.深入研究“安全共地”抗干扰的应用.从等电位“安全共地”抗干扰角度为石化企业仪表接地提供一些有益的借鉴和参考。
With the development of petrochemical enterprises automation level,the sensitivity of instrumentation automatic control system,as the head and brain center of petrochemical enterprises,shall require the higher antidisturbance ability of instrumentation grounding in conditions of electricity grounding fault.In addition,dangerous“disturbance voltage”between the instruments and electrical grounding is forbidden in the explosive hazardous environment for petrochemical enterprises.Therefore,“safe common ground”as a measure of anti-disturbance is being paid attention.Furthermore,how to make sure“safe common ground”and anti-disturbance has been becoming the main view point of electric technicians for petrochemical enterprises.The author intends to start with the international standard of IEC 60364-4-44 for disturbance protection,through the concept of“reducing disturbance voltage”,deeply studying of the application of“safe common ground”for anti-disturbance,and based on the point of equipotential safe common ground for anti-disturbance,to provide some better reference for instrument and electricity grounding for the petrochemical enterprise.
