见习教师规范化培训的实践与反思——基于案例式校本研修的视角

摘要 见习教师是教师队伍建设的特殊组成部分,通过科学的规范化培训,有效提升见习教师的专业素养,对加强新时代教师队伍建设具有突出的实践价值。案例式校本研修是一种超越传统师徒带教、团队指导的新型培训模式,对促进见习教师专业发展具有重要意义。在区级系统顶层规划的基础上,我们依托见习教师规范化培训基地学校的优势,基于需求,引领基地学校建构案例式校本研修课程,通过实证调研,提炼基地学校案例式校本研修典型路径等方式,探索形成了多元、特色的案例式校本研修的见习教师规范化培训行动路径。 The trainee teacher is a special part of teacher team.Scientific standardized training improves the professional quality of trainee teachers,which has outstanding practical value for strengthening the construction of contemporary teachers.School-based case study is a new training mode beyond traditional mentoring and team guidance,which plays an important role in promoting the professional development of trainee teachers.Hongkou district is based on the planning of district-level system.On this basis,we based on the needs,relying on the advantages of the standardized training base for trainee teachers,leading the base schools to construct case study courses.Through empirical research,we extract the typical path of school-based case study and explore the formation of a diversified and characteristic case study of school-based system forstandardized training of trainee teachers.
