作为乡村知识分子的乡村教师:迷失与回归 被引量:2

摘要 乡村振兴与乡村教育振兴的时代背景呼唤乡村教师知识分子身份的回归。但当下的乡村教师群体,却在城乡教育一体化、异地化与过度专业化等因素的作用下,遮蔽了自己身上应有的乡村知识分子身份、责任意识与责任能力,表现在他们与乡村教育的疏离、与乡村社会的悬置、与乡村文化传承者角色的割裂。为改变这一尴尬局面,必须在乡村教师的“职前培养—职后培训”中确立乡村元素的基础地位,帮助其发现并光大乡村教育的乡村性;必须加大乡村教师与乡村社会之间的亲和度,逐步建立乡村教师在乡村振兴中的智力支持地位。 The era of rural revitalization and rural education revitalization calls for the return of the intellectual identity of rural teachers.However,under the influence of factors such as the integration of urban and rural education,alienation and overspecialization,rural teachers have lost their identity as intellectuals.It is manifested in their alienation from rural education,suspension from rural society,and separation from the role as rural cultural inheritors.In order to change this embarrassing situation,it is necessary to establish the basic status of rural elements in the training of rural teachers and help them discover the rural nature of rural education.At the same time,closely strengthen the affinity between rural teachers and rural society,and gradually establish their intellectual support in rural revitalization.
