摘要 本文通过对五所中学450位教师关于生涯导师制认知的调查,发现教师对生涯辅导重要性有充分的认识,对生涯导师关键能力和工作任务有基本的把握,教师认知水平具有群体差异,同时,多数教师表现出对生涯教育知识和能力的强烈培训需求。调查也发现,部分教师教育理念陈旧,学校生涯指导工作要求不清晰,学校生涯辅导专业性欠缺,保障措施和评价激励机制不完善等问题。鉴于此,学校生涯导师制度的建设需要提升教师生涯教育观念,构建明晰的学校生涯导师制度,针对不同教师群体开展分层培训,建立生涯指导保障和评价机制。 Through an investigation into 450 teachers in five secondary schools about their cognitive standard of career tutor system,this paper finds that most teachers have been fully aware of the importance of career tutor system,have a basic understanding of the core capacity and working tasks of a tutor.Some significant differences in cognitive standards exist between different groups.Meanwhile,a majority of teachers reveal a strong demand for the training about the knowledge and skills of career education.However,a small part of teachers still have obsolete educational concepts.Some demonstrate the confusion of working requirements of mentors,a lack of professional career guidance in schools,motivation and support system.Therefore,the school administrators should launch different training catering to teacher groups’needs,promote teachers’concepts of career education andconstruct an explicit career tutor system with accordingly support and evaluation system.
