摘要
针对工业设备及自动化装置工作噪声的长期现场监测与频域信息分析的需求,设计了一种采用C#语言通过DirectX接口函数获取声卡信号数据,并实时进行频域分析、数据波形显示与wav格式声音文件保存的噪声采集与频谱分析系统。使用声级计对所设计系统进行了噪声幅值灵敏度标定,并对实际工业设备噪声源进行了现场实时测试。测试结果表明所设计的系统能够实时获取、处理、显示和保存噪声数据信息,满足噪声环境监测方面的使用需求。
According to the requirements of long-term noise field monitoring and frequency domain analysis for industrial device and automation equipment,the existing methods of data acquisition and processing was analyzed.A kind of noise acquisition and spectrum analysis system that developed by C#language via DirectX interface to capture signal of sound card was designed.The designed system has the functions of real-time frequency domain analysis,data waveform display and wav file saving.The amplitude sensitivity of designed system was calibrated by sound level meter.A noise filed test was made for actual industrial device,which shows that this system has the real-time processing capacity of noise acquisition,frequency domain analysis,waveform display and data saving.The designed system can meet the needs of environmental noise field monitoring.
