摘要
针对应用场景对工业仪器低功耗的需求,基于Zynq-7000 SoC可扩展平台设计了高速单通道数据采集及显示的最小系统。系统外设采用模数转换芯片AD9601,结合内存DDR3实现数据采集和存储,用缓存SRAM、液晶显示屏LCD完成数据缓存和显示,系统逻辑设计部分采用设计的DMA通信模式,提高可靠性,并且用仿真实验的方法证明了传输数据的正确性,整个设计具有低功耗和小型化的特点。
According to the requirements of low power consumption of industrial instruments in application scenarios,high-speed single channel minimum system was designed on chip Zynq-7000 for data acquisition and display.In the peripherals,an ADC chip AD9601 and a memory DDR3 were used to collect and store data.The cache SRAM and LCD were used to display.The communication between the processing system(PS)and programmable logic(PL)was realized through designed DMA by verilog to improve reliability.And the correctness of data transmission was proved by simulation and experiment.The whole design has advantages of low power consumption and miniaturization.
