摘要
本文以布迪厄实践理论为指导,探寻幼儿园教师减负路径。幼儿园教师的主要负担为保育压力、繁多事务以及隐性的身心负担。幼儿园教师负担的成因主要是幼儿园教师秉持资本的压缩受限、身处场域的复杂多变、形成惯习的僵化陈旧。基于此,笔者认为应当明确教师资本,保障界限分明的教育权利;优化教育场域,营造师幼共生的活动环境;冲破负面惯习,摒除谨小慎微的思维枷锁。
Under the guidance of Bourdieu Practice Theory,this paper explores the path of burden reduction for preschool teachers.Teachers’major pressure comes from childcare,extra tedious affairs,and hidden physical and mental burdens.The ma-jor causes include the limited capital compression that the teachers hold,the complex and changeable working environment,and the formation of rigid and outdated habits.The authors,therefore,believe that teachers’capital should be reempowered to en-sure the clear boundaries of teaching power,a teacher-child symbiosis activity environment should be created,and the thinking and being cautious thinking shackles should be got rid of.
