摘要
目的:观察自拟银羚清瘟方联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗儿童流行性感冒的临床效果。方法:将我院收治的符合纳入标准的90例流感患儿随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组予磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,治疗组予磷酸奥司他韦颗粒加自拟银羚清瘟方治疗。治疗周期均为5 d,观察两组总有效率,热性惊厥的发生情况,并对比发热、咽痛、咳嗽、卡他症状等中医症状消退时间。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组热性惊厥的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在发热、咽痛、咳嗽、卡他症状等中医症状消退时间方面,治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟银羚清瘟方联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒可有效改善流感患儿临床症状,降低热性惊厥发生率,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of yinling qingwen prescription combined with oseltamivir phosphate granules in the treatment of children with epidemic influenza.Methods:90 children with influenza who met the inclusion criteria in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases).The control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate granules,while the treatment group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate granules plus self-made yinling qingwen formula.The treat-ment cycle was 5 days.The total effective rate and occurrence of febrile convulsion in the two groups were observed,and the duration of TCM symptoms such as fever,pharyngeal pain,cough and catarrh symptoms were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of febrile convulsion in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the duration of TCM symptom resolution,such as fever,pharyngeal pain,cough and catarrh symptoms,the treatment group was all lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made yinling qingwen decoction combined with oseltamivir phosphate granules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with influenza a,reduce the incidence of febrile convulsion,improve the clinical efficacy and have high clinical application value.
