摘要
三河口水利枢纽供水系统选用DN2000大口径调流调压阀,该类型大口径调流阀目前尚无实际应用先例,因此借助模型试验对阀门进行仿真试验并对原型机设计进行了验证。按几何相似准则设置了比尺为1∶5的相似模型,采用DN400调流阀模型对原型机进行仿真试验,结果表明DN2000大口径调流阀具有较好的流量及压力调节能力。模型试验结果与CFD计算结果吻合较好,模型满足相似设计准则。
The water supply system of Sanhekou Water Control Project adopts DN2000 large diameter regulating valve,which has not been used in practice.Therefore,the model test is used to simulate the valve and verify the prototype design.In this paper,a 1∶5 scale model was set up according to the geometric similarity criterion,and the DN400 model was used to simulate the prototype.The results show that the DN2000 large caliber valve has better capacity of flow and pressure regulation.The test results of the model parts are in good agreement with the CFD calculation results and the model parts meet the similar design criteria.
