摘要
针对秦岭腹地南北气候分界线特殊区域的碾压混凝土大坝中混凝土配合比参数确定的经验较少。通过三河口水利枢纽碾压混凝土大坝中混凝土配合比的试验研究,总结了该特殊地区碾压混凝土大坝中配合比设计中各原材料参数选择的经验。结果表明:优化组合大坝碾压混凝土配合比中的水泥、骨料、粉煤灰、外加剂、单位用水量等主要参数可提高混凝土各项物理性能指标,在满足相关设计文件和规范要求的条件下,保证混凝土质量,降低水泥用量,可达到节省成本的目的。
At present,there is little experience in determining the concrete mixture ratio parameters of RCC dams in the special zone of cli⁃mate boundary between north and south in the hinterland of Qinling Mountains.Based on the experimental study of the concrete mixture ratio in the RCC dam of Sanhekou Water Control Project,the experience of selecting the raw material parameters in the mixture ratio design of RCC dam in this special area was summarized.The results show that the optimization of the mix proportioning of the combination of RCC dam,fly ash and admixture of cement,aggregate and unit water consumption can improve the main concrete parameters,such as the physical performance index,satisfy the requirement of related design documents and specifications in condition,ensure the quality of concrete,reduce the dosage of cement and can achieve the purpose of saving cost.The experimental results have been successfully applied to Sanhekou Water Control Project,which can be used as a reference for the selection of RCC mixture ratio parameters in Jinxia Dam of Yinhan and Weiwei project.
