基于CiteSpace的中外医患关系研究热点及趋势的比较研究

A Comparative Study on the Hot Spots and Frontier of Doctor-patient Relationship Research in China and Other Countries Based on CiteSpace

为了解中外医患关系研究的热点和趋势,对1992年~2019年中国知网数据库2331篇中文核心以上的文献、1983年~2019年web of science 8656篇外文文献进行分析。发现国外医患研究机构主要集中在美国、英国和荷兰,刊发相关论文超过50篇的国外期刊共计16种;我国相关论文发文量、核心期刊数量和基金资助排名均不高;中外医患研究均未形成稳定的核心作者群;我国医患研究热点为民事纠纷、医患关系、患者,国外为医患关系、患医关系、全科医学。国外的热点研究成果,为我国医患关系改进提供了丰富的研究思路和实践路径。

To understand the hot spots and trends of doctor-patient relationship research in China and foreign countries,2331 literatures with core Chinese content in CNKI database and 8656 foreign literatures in WOS database from 1983 to 2019 were analyzed.It was found that foreign research institutions were mainly concentrated in the United States,the United Kingdom and the Netherlands,16 kinds of foreign journals had published more than 50 papers.The number of related papers,the number of core journals and the funding ranking in China were not high.There was no stable core author group in both Chinese and foreign medical research.Civil disputes,doctor-patient relationship and patients ranked first in the hot spots in China,while doctor-patient relationship,patient-doctor relationship and general practice were main topics in foreign countries.Foreign research achievements provided rich research ideas and practical paths for the improvement of doctor-patient relationship in China.
