摘要
“互联网+”名师工作室是乡村教师专业发展的新型载体与平台。该研究提出乡村教师专业发展的新问题,分析“互联网+”名师工作室的构成要素,基于社会生态系统理论阐释名师网络工作室促进乡村教师专业发展的机制,提出相应的发展策略。研究发现,乡村教师专业发展面临三个新难题:教师个体缺少关联、研修活动开展匮乏和教学资源单向构建;“互联网+”名师工作室包含五个构成要素:研修主题、教师群组、研修活动、研修资源和研修环境;“互联网+”名师工作室促进乡村教师专业发展的五个内在机制:集聚效应、师承效应、互惠效应、共生效应和迭代创新;乡村教师专业发展的四个对应策略:构建动力强劲的乡村教师专业发展共同体,加速名师网络工作室发生集聚效应及其联动效应,构建强有力的乡村教师专业发展的保障体系,营造新时代乡村教师专业发展的社会文化环境。
“Internet+”excellent teacher studio is a new supporter and platform for the professional development of rural teachers.This study puts forward new problems in the professional development of rural teachers,analyzes the constructs of“Internet+”excellent teachers’studios,explains the mechanisms of excellent teachers’network studios to promote the professional development of rural teachers based on the theory of social ecosystem,and proposes the corresponding development strategies.There are four conclusions.Firstly,the professional development of rural teachers face three new problems:the lack of connection between individual teachers,the lack of training activities and the unidirectional construction of teaching resources.Secondly,“Internet+”excellent teachers’studio consists of five components:research themes,teacher groups,research activities,research resources and research environments.Thirdly,five internal mechanisms of“Internet+”excellent teachers’studio to promote the professional development of rural teachers:agglomeration effect,mentoring effect,reciprocity effect,symbiosis effect and iterative innovation.Lastly,four corresponding strategies for the professional development of rural teachers are as follows:building powerful communities for the professional development of rural teachers,accelerating the convergence effect and linkage effect of excellent teachers’network studios,building a strong guarantee system for the professional development of rural teachers,and creating a social and cultural environment for the professional development of rural teachers in the new era.
