摘要
采用高温固相法制备了ScVO 4∶Eu^3+红色荧光粉。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和光致发光光谱(PL)对样品的物相、形貌及发光性能进行了表征。结果表明:所合成的ScVO 4∶Eu^3+红色荧光粉为四方锆石型结构。激发光谱中,位于382,395和466 nm的激发峰分别归属于7 F 0→5 L 7,7 F 0→5 L 6及7 F 0→5 D 2跃迁。发射光谱中,位于598,622和710 nm的发射峰对应Eu^3+的5 D 0→7 F 1,5 D 0→7 F 2及5 D 0→7 F 4跃迁。当Eu^3+掺杂量为7%,1200℃煅烧3 h时,ScVO 4∶Eu^3+红色荧光粉CIE色坐标为(0.6716,0.3273),荧光寿命为0.521 ms,是一种有望用于白光LED的高效红色荧光粉。
ScVO 4∶Eu^3+red phosphor was prepared using-high temperature solid-state method.The phase,morphology and luminescence properties of the samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and photoluminescence spectrum(PL).The results showed that:the synthesized ScVO 4∶Eu^3+red phosphor was a tetragonal system with near-spherical surface.In the excitation spectrum,the excitation peaks at 382 nm,395 and 466 nm were attributed to 7 F 0→5 L 7,7 F 0→5 L 6 and 7 F 0→5 D 2 transitions,respectively.In the emission spectrum,the emission peaks at 598,622 and 710 nm correspond to 5 D 0→7 F 1,5 D 0→7 F 2 and 5 D 0→7 F 4 transitions of Eu^3+.When Eu^3+has a doping ratio of 7%and is calcined at 1200℃for 3 h,ScVO 4∶Eu^3+red phosphor has a CIE color coordinate of(0.6716,0.3273)and fluorescence lifetime of 0.521 ms,which is a kind of high-efficiency red phosphor expected to be used in white LED.
