光动力疗法联合粉刺清除术治疗重度痤疮的效果观察及护理 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)联合粉刺清除术治疗重度痤疮的疗效,并总结护理要点。方法选取122例重度痤疮患者,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组分别61例。对照组采用粉刺清除术治疗,试验组采用PDT联合粉刺清除术治疗。治疗4次后,比较两组患者治疗总有效率和瘢痕发生率等。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率为88.52%(54/61),对照组为52.46(32/61)%,试验组患者未发生瘢痕,对照组瘢痕发生率为21.31%(13/61),两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论PDT联合粉刺清除术治疗重度痤疮的效果优于单纯采用粉刺清除术,值得临床推广应用,护理人员应做好治疗过程中护理和健康指导,促进患者配合治疗,减轻患者的痛苦,提高治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of photodynamic therapy(PDT)combined with acne clearance in the treatment of severe acne and summarize the nursing points.Methods A total of 122 patients with severe acne were randomly divided into control group and trial group by a random number table,with 61 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acne clearance,and the trial group was treated with PDT combined with acne clearance.The two groups were compared in terms of the total effective rate of treatment and the scarincidence after 4 treatments.Results The total effective rates of the trial group and the control group were 88.52%(54/61)and 52.46%(32/61).There was no scar in the trial group and the scar incidence in the control group was 21.31%(13/61),respectively.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant in view of the total effective rate and scar incidence(both P<0.001).Conclusions The effect of PDT therapy combined with acne clearance on severe acne is better than that of acne clearance alone.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.Nursing staff should do good nursing and health guidance during the treatment courses,promoting patient cooperation,reducing patient pain,and improving the effect of treatment.
