基于专利的ABOD-RFM技术机会识别方法研究

Research on Technology Opportunity Identification Method of ABOD-RFM Based on Patent

[目的/意义]技术机会是技术创新决策中的决定性因素,及时有效地识别技术机会对于企业确定研发布局和提升创新能力具有重要意义。为此,文章提出了一种基于专利的ABOD-RFM技术机会识别方法。[方法/过程]首先构建检索表达式下载目标领域的专利数据,并利用TF-IDF方法和LSA方法进行数据预处理;其次,利用ABOD异常点检测方法识别出具有潜在技术机会的异常专利;再次,通过改进的RFM专利市场价值评估体系对异常专利进行评估,最终确定目标领域的技术机会;最后以非药物类阿尔兹海默症技术为例进行实证分析。[结果/结论]实证结果表明,该方法能够快速有效地识别目标领域的技术机会,证明了其有效性和可行性。

[Purpose/significance]Technology opportunity is a decisive factor in technology innovation decision-making.Identifying technology opportunity timely and effectively is of great significance for enterprises to determine R&D layout and enhance innovation capability.For this reason,we proposed a technology opportunity identification method of ABOD-RFM based on patent.[Method/process]Firstly,the search expression is constructed to download the patent data of the target field,and TF-IDF method and LSA method are used to preprocess the data.Secondly,the ABOD outlier detection method is used to identify outlier patents with potential technology opportunity.Thirdly,the improved RFM patent market value evaluation system is used to evaluate the outlier patents,and finally technology opportunity of the target field is determined.Finally,the non-pharmaceutical Alzheimer’s technology is taken as an example for empirical analysis.[Result/conclusion]The empirical results show that the technology opportunity of the target field is identified quickly and effectively,which proves the validity and feasibility of the method.
