中频电磁脉冲降低焊接残余应力的研究

摘要 利用中频电磁脉冲旋转磁场可以使常见熔融类铁磁性材料焊接结构件产生的残余应力明显降低。针对焊接件焊缝处残余应力,利用X射线衍射法进行无损检测,对经旋转磁场处理前后的焊接残余应力值的变化情况进行分析,通过试验对比,得出利用中频电磁脉冲旋转磁场处理焊接残余应力的方法可行合理,能使焊接残余应力明显降低并使应力均匀化。 The residual stress produced by welding of common molten ferromagnetic materials can be obviously reduced by the rotating magnetic field of intermediate frequency electromagnetic pulse.In this paper,the residual stress at the welds was examined by using X-ray diffraction method.The variation of the welding residual stress before and after the treatment with rotating magnetic field was analyzed.It was proved that the method of treating welding residual stress with the rotating magnetic field of intermediate frequency electromagnetic pulse was feasible and reasonable.The welding residual stress was obviously reduced and homogenized.
