摘要
电缆导体温度是选择电缆型号的重要依据,考虑接触热阻的影响是提高电缆导体温度计算精度的有效途径。通过分析接触热阻对计算汽车电缆温升的影响,得到了考虑接触热阻的汽车电缆温升计算模型。在测试数据的基础上,求出了具体型号汽车电缆的接触热阻,并计算出考虑接触热阻时该型电缆导体的温升,计算结果与采用国际电工委员会标准IEC 60287的计算结果进行了比较,发现接触热阻对电缆温升的影响显著。该方法可为电缆的工程设计与选用提供理论参考。
Cable conductor temperature is an important basis for selecting cable type.Considering the influence of contact thermal resistance is an effective way to improve the calculation accuracy of cable conductor temperature.By analyzing the influence of contact thermal resistance on the calculation of automobile cable temperature rising,a calculation model of cable temperature rising when considering contact thermal resistance was obtained.Based on the test data,the contact thermal resistance of a specific type of automobile cable was calculated.The temperature rising of the cable conductor when considering contact thermal resistance was calculated and compared with the results by the method from the international standard IEC 60287.It was found that the thermal contact resistance had significant influence on the temperature rising of the cable.This method could provide theoretical reference for cable engineering design and selection.
