摘要
针对数控机床无备份数据、无相同机型参数、无售后服务而参数丢失后不能恢复的问题,以国家数控基地实验室FANUC Oi-MC数控系统的加工中心参数恢复为研究对象,采用FANUC的标准参数管理工具,完成机械结构及系统配置确认,生成标准参数后导入机床,结合机床实际情况,分别设置行程限位、电机安装方向、轴互锁及主轴换刀角度等相关参数。经试车,机床所有功能恢复正常,验证了采用FANUC的标准参数管理工具恢复参数的可靠性和有效性。
In view of the problem that NC machine tools have no backup data,no parameters of the same type,no after-sales service,and the parameters cannot be recovered when lost,we took the parameter recovery of FANUC Oi-MC NC system in the National NC Base Laboratory as the research object.We adopted the standard parameter management tool of FANUC,confirmed the mechanical structure and system configuration,generated standard parameters and imported them into the machine tool,and set the relevant parameters such as travel limit,motor installation direction,shaft interlocking and spindle tool change angle,etc.The test run showed that all functions of the machine tool return to normal,which verified the reliability and validity of parameter recovery using FANUC standard parameter management tool.
