摘要
数控多轴技术是指至少四个运动轴以上的数控加工,数控五轴机床最具有代表性。现用一个较为复杂的立体工艺品为例,介绍数控五轴加工技术运用于工艺品加工与实践,制定其加工工艺,利用CAM软件对模型进行编程及仿真,生成对应的加工代码,最后导入数控五轴机床进行实际加工,为该类零件数控加工提供借鉴,提高传统工艺品的加工效率和节约人工成本,增加企业效益。
CNC multi-axis technology refers to the CNC processing with at least four moving axes,and CNC five-axis machine tool is the most representative.Taking a complex three-dimensional artware as an example,we introduced the application of NC five-axis processing technology in artware processing,determined its processing technology,used CAM software to program and simulate the model,generated the corresponding processing code,and finally imported the NC five-axis machine tool to carry out the actual processing.This study has provided reference for the NC processing of such parts,so as to improve the processing efficiency of traditional artware,to save labor cost and to increase enterprise benefit.
